Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

 

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders.

Order Tracking - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to track your package in real-time.

 

Delivery Delays - While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or operational delays.

 

Damaged Shipments - We take utmost care in packaging our products. In the unlikely event of damage, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

 

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images and video proof.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address - Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.

Cash on Delivery (COD) - Cash on Delivery is available. Orders may be confirmed via call or message before dispatch.
